Jennifer is the founder and lead coach at Gracefully Empowered Life Coaching. Her journey into life coaching began with a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and discover their true selves. As a trauma-informed Certified Dream Life Pathway Coach, Jennifer has extensive experience empowering individuals to achieve their goals. When she’s not coaching, she loves spending time outdoors, working in the yard, and planting flowers. Jennifer believes in living a balanced life and bringing joy into every day.

Her coaching philosophy centers on empowering individuals to realize their fullest potential by embracing a growth mindset, leveraging their inherent strengths, and cultivating mindfulness. Jennifer is dedicated to creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients can thrive, believing that abilities and intelligence can be developed through dedication and hard work.
