Maitland Harmony Yoga Brand session. Jennyfer the owner of Maitland Harmony Yoga has been a friend of mine for the past 12 years. I met her through the wedding industry where she and her team of her bakery called The Sugar Suite were one of the most sought after wedding cake designers on town!

This is a gorgeous natural light plant filled studio. Founded in 2010. It is in the heart of Downtown Maitland. They serve their community to help individuals begin their practice of health and wholeness through yoga. MHY motto is “Come As You Are”. They truly, truly believe that yoga is for everyone. And offers many types of yoga for all fitness and experience levels.

Owners, Jennyfer and Tony Mancino took over the business in 2021. They are both amateur yogis. They loved the community at Maitland Harmony Yoga. These two have lived in Maitland since their wedding in 2006. Jennyfer and Tony have since had three beautiful girls. Tony Mancino is a Veteran of the US Air Force, an insurance executive and a practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Jennyfer is an artist and former owner of The Sugar Suite wedding cake bakery.
