Orlando Brand Session with Tanisha Neal Restorative Health and Wellness

Tanishia Neal is a wife, mother, registered nurse, and founder of Restorative Health & Wellness in Orlando, Florida. She loves to travel, play and watch tennis, and enjoys pilates, yoga, the outdoors, and caring for others.

With over 16 years of experience as a Registered Trauma Nurse in the Emergency Department. Tanishia has helped to save lives, educated and managed other providers, and cared for many people with chronic diseases, including herself.

As a healthcare provider, Tanishia understands what it feels like to be stressed, overwhelmed, and on auto-pilot. She has had many years of long shifts, traumatic events with patients, patient abuse, and exhaustion.

After years of living in a constant state of stress, Tanishia began to break down. She was mentally, emotionally, and physically exhausted. Her body was telling her to stop.

After experiencing anxiety, intermittent panic attacks and extreme stress, Tanishia decided to find the root cause of her issues and heal herself through integrative medicine.

With the integrative medicine approach, Tanishia was able to decrease and omit most of her medications. As well as improve her nutrition, decrease her IBS flares. While also helping with anxiety, improve her gut health, and overall health and wellness.

Tanishia believed she could help others. People who suffered like she did, to not only improve their health, but restore their overall well-being. She wanted to show other nurses and health care providers that they can only provide the care they want to give others when they take care of themselves first.

Tanishia’s mission is to empower her clients to take control over their own health care. By helping identify the root of their issues. Also providing them with support, guidance, and tools needed to help them to restore their health, strength, and live well.
