Meet the incredible Stephanie from Tribe Yoga Studio her joy and enthusiasm for life is absolutely contagious!! Stephanie is the creator and yoga instructor of Tribe Yoga Studio an online, on-demand yoga class platform. She teaches yoga flow, yoga sculpt, meditation, yoga 101 has incredible playlists and a community of all levels of students.

She has been practicing yoga for 15 years and has a yoga alliance certified yoga teacher, RYT 500, RYTE 200 and YACEP.. basically a lot of certification codes to say she has an abundance of yoga education and teaching experience that she is excited to share with you!!

Stephanie believes we are all works in progress, but we show up, perfectly imperfect.  We are free to be our most authentic selves. She creates a safe space for her clients that is judgement and comparison-free. Together you practice self-love and gratitude and always reminds her clients to have fun with the process of becoming our best versions of ourselves.
