Erica started out as a licensed agent in 2002 at only 18 years old. During the first five years she worked mainly with investment properties representing funds and international high net worth clients in the commercial and residential investment space.

In 2007 she pivoted into the short term rental vertical and sold & mentored over $100 million in STR sales. This is all before Airbnb was mainstream and developed some of the earliest stage STR financial models that have been used by thousands of agents, developers and investors to date. Erica is also a data scientist and co-architect behind the proprietary models that power Vrolio’s technology. Erica founded Vrolio in 2018 where they have served over 18,000 short term rental investors and agents across the country. Their advanced data models have been being used to sell thousands of STRs. Nationwide since 2007, before Airbnb was even launched

Erica took her expertise in VR acquisition to create this platform. The platform that is specifically for analyzing the financial numbers of an investment property. Erica has set herself apart in the VR space for her ability to analyze investment properties and work with investors to make those purchases possible.
