Brand photo session with wedding photographer Washington DC

Let me just tell you I find it to be the BIGGEST compliment when other photographers hire me to photograph them! Meet Karisa, this gal is a ray of sunshine, rainbows and unicorns all wrapped into one.

Karisa is a wedding and portrait photographer that is based as of next week in the Washington DC area.

Her business focuses on capturing today for the sake of tomorrow. As a previous registered nurse she’s heard so many stories from her patients and family members as they reminisce on their past and they would often say “I wish I had a picture to show you” this really hit home to Karisa about how special photographs are, because they are the only thing we have at the end of the day with any occasion, event, and of our family.
I had such a fun time photographing Karisa and of course we hit it off being Golden moms and sharing stories of work. Also, during her whole session, and I kept trying to figure out who she reminded me of…. 1/2 Kate Hudson and 1/2 Cameron Diaz.. what do you think??

This gal is going to be a big hit in DC and I am so excited to see what she does there.
